Applewood Retirement Village consists of a 284 unit development situated on Tram Road Doncaster adjacent to the Eastern Freeway and includes a six storey apartment building.

Due to the comparatively steep topography of the site careful detailed planning was required particularly to meet grade requirements for a Retirement Village. A natural watercourse also traverses the site, which required special treatment and the creation of a “natural” stream and pond system.

This development has won an “award for excellence” with Urban Development Institute of Australia.
